How to delete your data

If you're a business using RynoChat

1. Email support@rynochat.io from the account owner's email address, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. We confirm the request and disconnect your WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook accounts from RynoChat.
3. We delete your account, team members, contacts and messages within 30 days, and email you when it's done.

You can disconnect a single channel at any time from Setup → Channel (WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger) in RynoChat. We stop receiving its messages straight away.

If you messaged a business that uses RynoChat

Your messages belong to that business. Ask the business directly to delete your data. If you can't reach them, email support@rynochat.io with the business name and your phone number or Instagram/Facebook name, and we'll pass on your request and help the business complete it.

If you connected RynoChat through Facebook or Instagram

You can remove RynoChat from your Facebook or Instagram settings, under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (Facebook) or Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites (Instagram). This stops RynoChat from receiving any new data from your account.

Removing the app doesn't delete the data we already hold. To have that deleted, email support@rynochat.io as described above.
